Piedmontese salad
Preparation Time: 1:15 (counting the time it must be in the fridge after preparation)
Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 potatoes
- 4 eggs
- Sliced pickles
- 1 container of diced ham
- Mayo
- The percil
recipe:
- Peel the potatoes and cook in steam
- Boil the eggs hard and cut into squares
- Cut the tomatoes and potatoes into squares
- Put everything in the bowl
- Add pickles, mayonnaise and percil
- Mix everything and refrigerate for 1 hour
