Turkey leg in red wine

 

 

Preparation time: about 1 hour
 
Ingredients (for 2 people)
 
- 1 large turkey leg
 
- 1 onion
 
- Olive oil
 
- Red wine
 
- water
 
- Coarse salt
 
- sweet
 
- paprika
 
 
 
recipe:
 
- Peel and chop the onion
 
- Put a little water on each side of the turkey leg
 
- Put coarse salt (not too much) and paprika
 
- In a deep baking dish, put a little olive oil (not too much)
 
- Rest the turkey leg gently
 
- Put the pieces of onion around
 
- Pour the equivalent of 2 cups of water and as much wine red (putting on the turkey too)
 
- Cover with aluminum before putting in the oven, thermostat 5-6 for 45 minutes.
 
- About 10 minutes before the end of cooking the turkey, cook your potatoes in a pan with a little percil above.
