Salad of fish eggs and potatoes

 

Preparation time: 30 minutes
 
Ingredients (for 2 people):
 
- 60g of cod eggs (you should find small pot, it's Tarama)
 
- 200g of potatoes
 
- Lemon
 
- Olive oil
 
- The percil
 
 
 
recipe:
 
- Cook the potatoes in a pan of hot water and drain
 
- Peel them and mash
 
- Take cod eggs and add them to the mashed potatoes
 
- Chop and add percil
 
- Add olive oil and lemon juice (if you want)
 
And voila!
