Chili con carne
Preparation time: about 1 hour
Ingredients (for 2-4 people)
- 150 to 300g canned red beans
- 100 to 200g canned whole tomatoes
- 100 to 200g canned corn
- 200 to 400g of pure beef hamburger
- Rice
- 1/2 onion
- 50 to 100 g of carrots
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup of water
- Cayenne pepper powder
- salt
- Pepper
recipe:
- Boil hot water and there faitez-cook rice
- While the rice is cooking, prepare the following:
- Peel and chop the onions
- Do the same with carrots and garlic
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces (about 1cm)
- Drain the beans over a bowl
- Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables over medium heat
- Add the meat and made it back
- Add the tomatoes and corn and mix well
- Add the juice of bean that you stored beans +
- Pour half a cup of water in
- Add the rice and stir
- Add the pepper, salt and pepper, stir and cook over low heat for around 45mins
